Guild is gearing up all the under-geared folks currently -
been thinking of gearing up via the arena set, since they are superior to T4, plus the stupid gruul sword made me lose out on dkp for t4 chest and shoulders a couple of times already....
going to be many painful deaths by warriors in arenas :/ -

I'm thinking of it but as a mage it's asking for death especially since I'm a DEEP FIRE mage >< -
yes i am a lock, and i can do absolutely nothing when a warrior pops deathwish and pwn my face and which decent dps warrior got no deathwish? that's right, none. >< a mage got a much better chance of survival against melee classes. I'll just stick to harassing the very annoying pallies heh.

Locks and shadow priest kick us all over the realms
The only outlet we have are warriors to pick on but they are no longer that easy to pick on with spell reflect -

whoohoo! and i dun have any dps gear from those instances still a terrible shadow priest in +1500 healing gear. omg -
I finally got my Spellfire chest but had to sacrifice 12 spell hit
Now thinking if I should sacrifice my +spell crit & +spell dmg gem for hit rating instead >< (though now I'm at 11% +3% elemental precision) -
er isn't the hit cap for level 73 mobs at 16%? you're already at 14 O.o
not sure about mages for hit, but I'm trying to hit the 16% cap if I keep getting unlucky on Mag's Eye. currently at about 12% hit, locks got no general +hit talent. with Mag's Eye 11-12% hit should be quite comfortable. -

EVERY SINGLE FIGHT, my aggro is like 3rd or 4th below the MT and Nightbane comes straight for me!!
Yesterday, I thought this time I won't die but at 1%, he went crazy and broke free from MT and bit me

And yesterday I was SUPER relaxed on my DPS -

This is apparently a vid that shows a pov of a mage for the murloc part and the positioning of the whole raid.
They noticed that the mages always get hit by that quake before the murlocs come but in this position if Tidewalker is tanked behind the pillar all the AOE'ers do not get hit (less pressure for healers). Normally a gg whenever someone gets hit by the quake and send to watery grave

Ok. I switched from Alliance NE Hunter to Horde Troll Mage -
can't watch that till I get home, but going from that description i think we positioned that way for our last few attempts. did your old guild had some mages spec frost for this encounter? currently none of our mages are frost and i see them AE alot after the nova rotations. probably not the safest thing to do.Originally posted by elindra:Not sure if it will help you
