I think I have not logged on WoW for 2 weeks plus already

2 weeks+? that's not bad, i thought u quitted the game.
after Kael we went to Mount Hyjal to fool around with about 18 people. survived up to 3 waves of mobs i think, 2 epics(the caster dps mace and the +fire damage neck) and a BS plan dropped lol. probably blizz's way of saying grats on killing kael, or rather, throw us some rewards for the countless wipes at Kael :/ that said, MH looks very fun, can't wait to go back there again. -

I went to kara 2 weeks ago after not logging on for a month and got Prince's cloak -
I recently felt the bug bite me again, especially after the release of Zul'Aman.
I felt like raiding only on a semi-casual basis; afterall, I now value too much the freedom I've regained.
Tried looking around for a suitable local-time based guild for a casual but decent experience.
Especially looked at both $lave and Elindra's guild. Elindra is horde, so that's way too far off for me to relevel and regear.
I really wanted to apply for $lave's tho....until I realised it was a PvE realm!
Now... although I dont pvp much anymore, having the option to me puts me in a lot more ease than not being able to pk the crap out of the guy stealing my mining node! (Of cos, if its the same faction, I cant do much either... but that's at least approximately 50% of the population covered!)
Also, I guess I really cant divorce myself from the PvP realm atmosphere...
Sad.. would have like to have experienced Zul'Aman with a decent raid setup. -

I don't think I can get a slot for Zul'Aman too since I have MIAed for so long
Yeah it's hard to go PvE when you have PvP

Yeah, tbh, I would just like to experience the content, yet, farming for items never appealed to me as much as clearing content. -
are there still alot of world pvp going on? I thought the focus is shifted to arenas already >.<
went to ZA a couple of times since it's exam week for the university chaps so it's not easy to fill a 25men raid. felt that it's overtuned for now (as expected from new content), boss hits tank for ridiculous amounts of damage, and some boss abilities(that lynx avatar) are bugged, hence 1 shotting the tank/OT quite frequently. otherwise the boss encounters are gimmicky and quite fun actually.
got a super cool pet(Mojo) in ZA too. when you /kiss it, it turns u into a frog too for a short period of time and whispers you a corny 1 liner. eg. "I promise I'll not give you warts"
between having to run TK/SSC multiple times just to attune folks for MH and pple busy with exams, we only managed to find the time to kill 2 bosses in MH so far...

Ya... I would think the hardest part of MH is the attunement process. Even BT. Some of the earlier bosses seem much easier or at the very least, less chancey than Vashj and Kael.

There is still world PvP
It's a different thrill from Areana -
i'm not exactly thrilled when a level "skull" ganks me repeatedly while leveling.

pvping in BGs and Arenas are just fine by me
Coz usually the guild will rush to help or ppl in the area will help
Or you log off and bring in your main to gank them back -
well if that's fun, then isn't raiding the main cities the same thing? u could still get your guild to raid stormwind etc. the alliance will retaliate for sure, even in a pve realm.

Need to make time to log on for TK today and for Vashj for my attunements coz these are the last times they are running. If I ever wanna get back to raiding come January I need to get these done
Nice thing was yesterday SCB dropped and T5 Gloves dropped and no one wanted it.... really go there to pick 'rubbish'

I just unsubscribed both my accounts and my wife's as well as of yesterday. Tried leveling a new horde character, but somehow the idea of going through all those levels doesn't stand well with me anymore.

OMG Yesterday we did Vashj and Kael
There was a quake in USA and the connection of the Aussies were shot
In the end by the time we finished Vashj it was like 10pm ><
I got the T5 helm coz no one wanted......even the mage officer said I'm here to pick rubbish
Went to Kael.... didn't manage to down him coz all the switching of ppl in and out and everything by the time they called off the raid it was 3.30am

Thing is I'm grateful to the mage leader in impulse for sticking his neck out for me. So I do what I can to get attuned and carry on raiding in Jan since my WoW life has been put to a halt coz my hubby is on course and work is busy lately -
3.30 am is insane!
The latest I ever stayed up was about 2 am... as a "working adult". Of course, back in slacker days, it was 18 hours a day, overnight shifts and all!
