I got 2 copies of HGL, one for my wife as well. We both tried it, but its full of bugs, and even after all the much-delayed patching, it doesn't seem to work well.
Concept-wise it is interesting, but execution seems lacking. I would personally still rate Diablo 2 as a better game within the genre. -

The other officers wasn't too keen about getting me keyed coz I joined the guild and MIAed for a very long time due to sudden work travel and work commitments but the mage officer stuck out his neck for me and got me in
There are some other members who are in guild longer than I am and they are not getting keyed
He already put in so much effort for me, the least I can do is get myself keyed.

I guess it is WoW for me until something better comes out
It's kinda like me playing Ultima Online and switching when WoW is out -
I got Ultima Online as soon as it came out in Singapore, but stopped cos it was 'O's that year.
Didn't get back to it, what a shame! With all the non-griefing rules in place by the time I could, I had no mood to start it up again... (Yes, I enjoyed being a "griefer" hahah!)

I was super hardcore
I was playing Diablo during my 'O's
And UO during poly and uni
I had 4 accounts
Actually I stopped UO about 8 mths before WoW came out
Went to play NWN
Oh the griefing part was fun
Especially if you are a rogue
But was a tamer/mage (Mage now again o.O and previously hunter)
Almost 8 yrs of UO.
Then WoW was hardcore too till rl commitments got to me
Used to play on Sonoma
Heck I think I still have the pictures of the houses I built and decorated in UO
I actually won 2nd prize in a house design contest in HK
Built for my friend and he submitted it
So under his name but I built it -
I didnt try DAOC, but supposedly it had a good pvp environment too.

woah finally back in office after my 5-day ICT last week.
guild didnt progress much in MH while i was away, probably because of people away for exams. had to kill Kael 1 more time last night, but we did manage to kill MH 3rd boss after TK though(at least some progress >.< ). going to poke into BT tonight finally. hopefully we don't have to go back to ssc and tk again for a long long time... -

My unit is at 5th or 6th ICT though I didn't attend more than half of them due to RL issues.
I'll never forget my 1st ICT after graduation tho... no job yet, so they paid me 100 dollars for 1 week. Well done! -

well at least in patch 2.4 the keying will be removed. i'll bet they nerf the t5 instances too to entice people to go

The gleaming epic has lost it's lustre for some reason
Ever since I stopped rushing home for raids (coz I can't anyway due to work) I found that life outside WoW is nicer :)

yeah epics come by too easily nowadays anyway. lose 10 games a week in arena and a mth later u get epics anyway.
we never managed to clear naxx before TBC so clearing bt is nice this time round. not sure if going to get wotk but the deathknight rune system sounds quite appealing...
