Changi Airport has been named the best airport in the world by travel publication, Business Traveller - the 25th time it had topped the list since the awards were launched in 1984.
A Changi Airport Group (CAG) spokesman said on Tuesday morning that the results are determined by votes from readers and authenticated by an independent auditing company.
Mr Julian Gregory, managing director of Panacea Publishing which publishes Business Traveller, said: "Continued investment, innovation and consistency of service against the backdrop of the many unique propositions that exist in Changi Airport have created an environment with a sense of calm efficiency - a place where our readers can work or relax without the stresses and distractions that impact travellers so much today."
Mr Lee Seow Hiang, chief executive officer of CAG, received the award at the awards ceremony in London on Monday.
