  Can i noe wad exactly u all do in ncc? Do u all do outfield, guard duties (including weekends and public holidays), sentry, prowling, COS duties, area cleaning the staff office, draw arms, alert amber/red, saikang and go for ATEC etc?

  IFC..learn something like the normal procedures in dealing with enemy while on sentry duty, surveying and reporting of enemy areas..etc. forget some of the items included
  
  physical training got what kind meh? just full of pumping, runnings, pull-ups, jumping jacks, ranger jumps..etc
  
  nothing special about specialist just a term..nothing intimidating also..I was a senior specialist but also nothing. in fact I was just a drill instructor

  IFC:
  Crawls: Leopard craw, Monkey Dash, Baby Craw. ect
  Hand signs
  Combat survivor? (maybe)
  
  Physical training:
  Pushups
  Situps
  Running
  Jumping Jacks
  
  Specialists are Trained to Teach us drills, and commanding us.

  yeap stepped down liao
  
  I 2005 stepped down one
  
  never become CLT because of a family reason
  
  my junior got cadet best last year for specialist course
