  Just curious, any OCS Sword of Honour or Merit winners or SISPEC Gold or Silver Bayonet Merit Graduands among ex-cadets here?

  Yup. NCC.
  Every year and in every batch. Former NCC cadets perform to levels higher than their peers in the same cohorts in OCS & Sispec. You read about them in the SAF newsletters.
