  Here are some of the rules and regulations you must follow.
  
  Rules:
  
  1) You are only allowed to nominate 3 threads at one go
  2) Not allowed to nomiate crap/trolling/flaming thread
  3) Threads must be created within the month
  
  If you fail to imply these rules, there will be a logout button for you to click on.
  
  Regulations:
  
  What are the purpose of this forum.
  To held monthly thread of the month and see which thread has the highest votes wins. As and when, u are only allowed to vote 3 times in that particular topic.
  
  Regarding craps/trolling/flamings thread
  You are advised that craps/trolling/flamings thread are NOT to nominate in the thread of the month.
  
  Regarding To Those Who Want The Thread To Be Removed.
  
  Once nominated, not allowed to give your own comments and asked the moderator(s) to do something about it (eg. removing nomination thread) to be seen in the thread itself. If you insist that the thread should be remove, your post will be edited.
  
  Thread must be held within the particular month
  When you nominate your choice of the threads, you are advised to check on the thread created is in that particular month. Threads that are not implied to these rules, will be rejected.
  
  Strictly for checking
  I'll be checking the threads through out. To see if the threads are really a suitable candidate for the month.
