As in basic stuff, introduction, ice breaking and etc. That's what I does whenever I hold outing.
Or if I go other people outing like Mos jiejie CNY 07 and 08 outing for instant. I will try to blend in as much as in can. You will always learn something new. Don't know just ask, don't pretend to know everything, it will just bored you more.
