Where is cheap to cut my fringe?

  Last time I went to reds and it costs me a bloody $10.

  I want cheaper alternatives.

  But after i let hair stylist cut I realise there's really a difference leh.

  just use the same pattern to cut, follow how the hairstylist hold the scissors n the angle he/she cut ur hair in the mirror
