Colorado Rapids have hailed their link-up with Arsenal, stating their partnership raises the club's 'credibility'.
The Gunners unveiled the exclusive agreement last month and now the Rapids have revealed how the North Londoners will benefit.
Rapids managing director Jeff Plush believes Arsenal will be able to reap the rewards of strengthening their global brand in the lucrative North American market.
"We can give them a beach-head in the United States," explained Plush.
"We are establishing the Arsenal Centre of Excellence at our property - and that will be attractive to kids from all over the United States, who will want to come and train in the Arsenal way.
"It gives them an advocate for their brand in the United States, which would be hard to manage by yourselves from London.
"We can certainly give to Arsenal some of our expertise in sports marketing - we own five teams, a television network and four venues.
"With them, we are frankly a more credible football club than we were."
