Freddie Ljungberg is confident he will be fit for Sweden's Euro 2008 qualifier with Northern Ireland.
The Arsenal midfielder is nursing a slight knee injury suffered in the 1-0 Premiership defeat at Everton last Sunday.
He is still unsure as to the severity of the injury, but expects to be able to feature in next Wednesday's clash with Northern Ireland.
However, the Sweden captain admitted that, if he does line up at Windsor Park, he will be in some discomfort.
"I hope it is not that serious," Ljungberg told Sportbladet.
"I got a blow on the ligament in the match last Sunday.
"It's hurting, I won't be playing without pain on Wednesday."
