Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has denied a charge of improper conduct and/or bringing the game into disrepute.
The charge relates to comments Wenger made about one of the assistant referees after the carling Cup final defeat to Chelsea last month.
Wenger was unhappy with the assistant referee after he consulted referee Howard Webb before sending off striker Emmanuel Adebayor.
The Frenchman was asked to explain his claim "the whole system is not honest", in reference to the disciplinary procedures of the FA, and suggestions the assistant referee "lied" in his report over the mass brawl which marred the final.
Wenger has requested a personal hearing which will be scheduled in due course.
Of course the whole system isn't honest. They've got racists running the show.
