Hleb-Inconsistency?

  I read this particular forum abt Hleb at Arsenal-mania.com(a good website for a gooner fan).
  
  Many critisice Hleb for his inconsistency,his shooting ability and his confidence. Some even wanted him to leave nxt season.
  
  IMO,i dun think he's that bad only that he needs to UP his confidence level and dun be TOO shy to shoot.

  Not totally disagree with it but sometimes he just perform like 50-50 like that.. Wat to do..
