Arsenal will ensure UEFA Champions League football at Emirates Stadium next season with a point against Fulham on Sunday
The Gunners' grasp on fourth place appeared to be loosening a few weeks ago, but seven points from their last three outings has them within touching distance of securing a top-four finish.
Just a single point will be enough against Fulham, who attempt to win their first game since Lawrie Sanchez took over as manager at Craven Cottage.
Fulham are on a run of nine Premiership games without a victory, a sequence of results which saw Chris Coleman lose his job and Northern Ireland boss Sanchez replace him.
Should The Cottagers claim an unlikely win, they would complete the double over Arsenal after beating their London rivals 2-1 earlier in the season with early goals from Brian McBride and Tomasz Radzinski.
But Fulham are far from safe at the bottom of the Premiership and failure to get a result in North London will plunge them into further trouble with two games remaining.
Sanchez is without defender Ian Pearce because of a foot injury, while fellow stopper Franck Queudrue is struggling with an ankle knock.
Jimmy Bullard remains a long-term absentee having missed the majority of the campaign due to serious knee ligament damage suffered against Newcastle.
Arsenal will be missing midfielders Tomas Rosicky and Freddie Ljungberg because of hamstring injuries, with the latter set for an extended spell on the sidelines.
Three strikers in captain Thierry Henry, Robin van Persie and Theo Walcott are also absent for the visit of Fulham to the Emirates on Sunday.

After Liverpool lost to Portsmouth yesterday, do we have a chance to minimize the gaps between Arsenal and Liverpool??

i reckon it to be 3-0. Since arsenal has already managed qualification, they should be really relaxed and the free flowing football should come
