Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas has warned his team-mates to avoid being complacent in the future if they want to achieve again.
The Gunners have endured a below-par season by their standards which is poised to end without silverware.
They have, however, proven their ability at times during the campaign as they beat Premiership leaders Manchester United twice and claimed victory over Liverpool three times.
But they made an early exit from the Champions League to PSV Eindhoven and struggled in the domestic competition at the beginning of the season.
Arsenal meet Chelsea on Sunday and Fabregas is all too aware that the side have at times lacked the capacity to fully focus on the game in hand.
"[We lack] the ability to finish off the job - we need to make our football pay off and put away our chances," Fabregas told the magazine.
"Sometimes we think that at 1-0 or 0-0 in the last minute, it is all over. It is not.
"Sometimes it is as if we switch off, I do not know why. I sometimes get the feeling after games that there is a sense of no pasa nada [no problem], and we cannot allow that.
"We are a great team and we are obliged to win. What I want, and what I think everyone else wants, is to win.
"At the end of every game, we have to analyse what happened, and improve for the next game. If not, we will not progress.
"There are times when we could do more, there are moments when people say 'well we lost that match, but we will win the next one'. No, no, no. Every player has to look at himself and try to do better in the next match."
