Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has said he is shocked at being fined by the FA after a clash with referee Steve Bennett during the match against Portsmouth at the Emirates Stadium.
Wenger, who was hit with a £2,500 fine for comments he made to Bennett in the tunnel after the game, has spoken of his fury over the FA's verdict.
"If I have been punished for what I said, I know some managers who would now be in jail," he told the Sunday Mirror.
"I have seen and heard much worse."
The Gunners boss wants to see a tougher approach from his squad next season, especially against clubs in the bottom half of the table.
He added: "Maybe we need to look at the team structure in those type of games."
