Tomas Rosicky says he is ready to return to action for Czech Republic on Saturday.
The Arsenal midfielder has not played since 21st April due to a series of injury setbacks.
The latest resulted in the 26-year-old undergoing surgery on his teeth.
"The surgery was very unpleasant," Rosicky told Idnes.
"Everyone who has ever felt pain on their teeth knows what I am talking about. Moreover I felt pain on four of them at one time but I have no complications any longer."
After the injury plagued end to the season Rosicky says he is looking forward to his return in the 2008 qualifier in Cardiff and has kept himself fit by training with assistant coach Jaroslav Silhavy.
"The game against Wales will be a big test for me but it will also be a big test for the team," he explained.
"There will be a stormy atmosphere so we must produce an excellent team performance both offensively and defensively."
Rosicky also dismissed rumours linking him with Atletico Madrid and Internazionale.
"Firstly, I am concentrating on Saturday against Wales, secondly I am happy at Arsenal," he added.
