UK-based luxury goods creator Luvaglio wants to redefine the meaning of "luxurious" in technology.
It has created a US$1million dollar laptop, complete with a rare coloured diamond piece that doubles up as the power button and security identification.
Luvaglio CEO Rohan Sinclair Luvaglio said that the brand wants to do more than just re-house an ordinary piece of equipment into a jewel studded display. That was why they are taking their time to develop something "out of the ordinary".
Full details of the laptop are not clear as yet but tech magazine website, Gizmag reported that the gadget will incorporate a 17" widescreen LED lit screen with anti-reflective glare coating and an integrated screen cleaning device, 128GB of Solid State Disk space and a Blue-Ray drive slot.
"Many claim to produce luxury goods but we believe that the true element of luxury is having something that says "YOU". That money can't buy," Luvaglio says.
The brand will also allow clients to hand-pick and customise the laptop with a luxurious range of materials, finishes and accessories at their showrooms.
Even the presentation boxes are supplied and finished in a choice selected by the customer.
"We have access to diamonds that are simply rare and near impossible to get hold of, so are able to offer a very embodied choice."
Luvaglio says exact prices for the laptop range are unconfirmed as yet but the first such masterpiece will go for more than US$1, 000, 000.
With a device like that, you'd better be able to afford bodyguards if you want to surf outdoors.
