so now rare = superior?Originally posted by HyuugaNeji:You dont know meh?
Everyone's blood is made up of a pair of blood groups
Both A and B blood will dominate the O blood so the person remains as A and B blood type.
A and B blood are equal in ranking. That's why a person end up with AB is the most rare and has the most superior blood.
Most superior: AB
Normal: AA, BB
Below average: AO(still considered as A blood), BO(still considered as B blood)
universal donor: OO
Nope...pple with AB blood can accept blood from A,B, AB and O. They are in no danger of not having blood donation.Originally posted by crofty:I think that they should do an experiment to change O to A,B and AB so they can save ppl with the rare blood instead of A,B and AB to O.. I mean ..consider the bigger number of ppl first
o yea..I never thought of that A-,B-,O-...I wonder what kind of blood they acceptOriginally posted by HyuugaNeji:Nope...pple with AB blood can accept blood from A,B, AB and O. They are in no danger of not having blood donation.
Instead, O blood group pple are in more danger of not receiving blood donation because they cant take in A, B and AB blood.
However, there's a category of pple who have blood group even more rare than AB. They are those with A-, B-, O- blood. These pple cannot accept most blood and are most susceptible.
thanks for this..I am reading it right nowOriginally posted by HyuugaNeji:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blood_group
OK this site explains many stuff. I am quite surprised to see that in western countries, they have a lot of pple with A-, B-, O- blood type. But in China and Japan, there's hardly any.
And AB+ pwns...
