Bedok Haunted Flat vs Woodlands Haunted Flat

seems that Bedok area last time had a HAUNTED Flat years, maybe decades ago? Also, the woodlands haunted flat, anyone got any experieces before for both? Bedok's preferred since woodlands got mention a bit for one of the topics and post.
I only know that years or decades ago, there was this flat in Bedok area duno wad had happened, then in the end was denied access to it by all personnel, then finally its been teared down with much issues aroused ...
Anybody else wanna help contribute a bit?

heard before the HDB flat at woodland near The Rock Church is haunted , for the 2 and 3rd story which is so near to the church , and is also empty too
