Maltida house at punggol

Anyone heard abt the story of the maltida house.
There are rumor saying that government did try to dismantle
that haunted house but the contractor that goes to dismantle that
house died the next day.
Monk and priest were also invited there to ward the spirit but no use
it's still there. Some says a family killed themselves there. What u all guys thinks. -
all i know is that the owner of the matilda house already balik kampung to ireland already in 1985
got 7447 sprayed on the walls -

and yeah i heard the house can't be dismantled.
1 big land 1 house in the middle, gives you the creeps and can't walk near it i think.
