  time urself

  start jogging 30 min non stop

  slowly increase to 45 min non stop after a week

  then another week 1 hour non stop

  don breathe by ur mouth leh

  when u jogging for non stop

  make sure u close ur mouth

  only breathe with ur nose

  if u let out the air from ur mouth, u will be fucking tired while running.
