  u and Bak make me lose face... I was saying earlier that I am the fittest coz all the kayakers K.O. before me liao, but you two can tahan longer! 

  anyway, I slept at ard 12.30am... the K.O. kind of sleep is very nice de... Zzzz deep deep all the way... den wake up rejuvenated!
