Every day bout 5am to 8.30 am.Wake up bout 10+11am due to hp ringing..If lucky can get slp till 4pm to 7pm.
Sometimes if hv to work, slp bout 1pm then wake up bout 11pm.(meaning previous night no slp all the way til noon 1pm)

i sleep at 6am everyday, regardless of school or no school. If sch at 8am, then i nap for 15 mins,
if holiday, i'll wake up at 8am.
