  **Svc. 856 waited the longest due to heavy jam along all diverted roads. Approximately 40 mins for 1 bus!!!

  I didn't run, never participate...i use my eye power, take bus see them run or a while only...

  To Yishun Int, got 5 of svc.856 buses, while to W'lands Int only 2 buses.
