  for the 1st time in all my years of riding a bus, the bus driver actually had an assistant standing by her side with a map of the showing the bus route and the surronding area the bus i took is 903, boarded at around 8.28pm, Woodlands Bus Interchange the bus driver is a female china woman and so is her assistant.....not young and pretty type..........auntie level is that a common trend nowadays :?: any bus fans can advise me? thank you

  yes, probably the SL is her 1st time on this service so normally will have one senior SL to guide him/her for a few days.

  SL = Service Leader (for SMRT Buses)
  BC = Bus Captain (for SBS Transit Buses)
