  fixed pay... + allowance + swap points earned....

  knn... sometimes, swap points earned can be $1M for that month....

  hence, profit-sharing more lah....

  Requirement to sit for FTT (Futures Trading Test) is 4 GCE O levels (that was many years ago, dun know if there is a change or not).

  Go to IBF (Institute of Banking and Finance) website and check lah....
