would definitely love to discipline myself to eat regularly but more important to GET BETTER SLEEP and to develop BETTER SLEEP HYGIENE
no more irregular sleep patterns cause i have a massive metabolic rate and my weight drops if i stay up too late (i'm an owl i have to admit)
hmm, i hope i'll gain 3-4kg by the end of this year (trust me, it's not easy for me skinny)
and i hope to better my running. go longer distances slow and steady, and also better my 2.4 timing back to 10 mikes
and with these said, i better get to it. left four-five months to meet them!
