After 3 weeks of hibernation, i started on my 3 jogs per week regime..
After a week i realised that, the jogs make me feel like pooing, but i sit there for like 15 mins, and nothing!!
why? and how can i resolve this ah? didnt used to have this problem.. thanks..

start slow, and don't rush
there's never a workout that can be rushed into.
