light exercises will make you refreshed while intense exercise may of course wear you out
Most of us get runner's high from all that adrenalin and endorphins released into our system, that we feel good after the workout. When it wears out, that's the time when i am so tired and sleepy And not to mention aches and pains.Originally posted by shinta:liddat den i'd go after work, after OT...

workout during lunch time is great. at least it keep me from falling asleep after lunch.Originally posted by Croaking_Toad:I would like to know how many of you out there would advocate working out in the gym during lunch time? Many of us are just too tired from a day's work to step out for a run once we reach home. And having OTs does ruin one's running schedule.
That leaves me with lunch time to work out. 20-30minutes in the gym before a quick lunch and back to work. Is that a good idea?
