What supplements do you take?

  I take vitamin C sometimes (me prone to runny nose)
  I take Spirulina.
  
  Protein powder, under consideration.
  
  Btw, I eat fruits, drink fresh fruit juice (sch canteen), and I drink green tea too.
  
  That's about all...

  supposed to. My gf says her fren's nose like mine, like to run a lot
