  Nerve impingement, or pinched nerve? How long is the healing period? I believe I am suffering from this condition

  me,due to lower back slip disc problem. disc jugged out and pinched on my sciatic nerve.damn painful cos the pain radiate down my leg,hmm took bout 3-4 months to heal

  There is pain @ my lower back radiating downwards. so now my hips and legs do feel a bit numb, and it affected my feet to a certain extent too. I guess this is a sign of pinched nerve

  well i tried just about anything,physiotherapy,accupunture,authentic chinese tui na,supplement in the form of glucosamine sulphate.back strengthening exercises,changing to a better sleeping posture,changing of mattress to one which is firmer and give better back support
