I dont see any boiled eggs in the morning. And my company (dragon) dont allow us to bring in food, because we are under obese. I am in there for 3 weeks plus already. When in night or got free time, i will do my own training like push up, run up and down the stair, assist chin up etc.Originally posted by eagle:Not necessary; it might or might not help. I'm not sure because I wasn't very much into such things till 2nd year army. BMT training consists of a high amount of cardio, hence I don't actually really see a need for extra protein, except in the case of SOC...
In Tekong, I remember got lots of hard boiled eggs in the morning that people don't eat. You could to eat more of them from bunk mates who don't want them
Either that or you could bring in tuna cans to eat as supper
wait after BMT... Your main goal now would be fat loss.Originally posted by Jacky88:I dont see any boiled eggs in the morning.
