Anyone want to share any tips with readers here on improving their timings? Feel free to add on. My timing is also not that fast... Can't get it below 9mins 44secs to get gold

2) 2.4km full speed runs
To get used to the 2.4km runs
3) Interval training
Improve overall speed by getting more used to a higher running speed
Improve mental power
4) High Intensity Interval Training
Reduce bodyfat so as to be leaner
Improve cardiovascular health and power
