When i was young i start to eat very healthy like comfirm must eat vegetable 1.
and i don't smoke or drink because i still young now i am 18 also and i don't like also bad for health. exercise sometime only.
it is all habit

i am set smart goal for health 1 like to start exercise like 3time a week for 30mins etc slowly la cannot rush into things.
