Anyone has any secret on slimming down FAST that they can share ?
I recently wanted to slim down cause the past one month or so i`ve been taking protine and just realise i became to big macham like ape.
So is there any kind soul out there that would share their slimming secrets ?
Oh btw best is without spending money to buy pills like SLIM 10 and get me into hospital.

Why are you taking protein? Do you work out? Or are you taking hoping for some miracle to happen?

run every other day, gym every other day. don't take protein shakes after running.
Actually if i remember correctly taking protein shakes aids in fat burning in a study that was carried out. But as what agenda said cardio with HIITand gym with high reps short rest or HIIT will be good enough.
i think taking protein shakes after HIIT made made my calves look like elephant thighs?

Change your diet as well. Have 6-7 small meals, cut down on your carbs and have a more protein rich diet.

I think the main reason for not taking protein after HIIT is that your protein will be used by the body to replenish the energy. So you are actually wasting your protein in a way.

Well protein with glucose should be ok, but then again, I feel that protein is best used to build muscles, in this case, HIIT doesn't really build any muscles, so you're kinda wasting your protein anyway. However, I've read somewhere that its actually ok to take protein for recovery, but protein is expensive to me since I'm not working, so I'll avoid taking protein after running.

like that u want to slim down as in muscles or fat? cos if u work out in gym regularly shld have more muscles than fat... than ur big build is cos of ur muscles le.

I am 1.63m tall and I used to weigh 56kg for a period of time. Before that, I was only 44kg but due to suppers and junk food everyday, I gained 12kgs in half year (Can you imagine that?). Lastly, maintain with exercises and watch your diet. Please note that if you are going to repeat Master Cleanse Diet for the 2nd time, during that 10 days period, stop exercising or you may faint.
I am only 46kg and I have achieved with toned and sexy abs by doing the above methods.

There are some way i can recommend like taking detoxification which nowaday people are choosing instead of slimming pills.
Ok without spending money to lose weight there is only one way. Training. I guess everyone agrees to that. Keep in mind which food and supplement will make ur body fat. Try to avoid them. Few rules u need to keep in mind wen losing weight. Supplements like protein, creatine etc are NOT necessary. Make ur fat losing training regime a part of ur lifestyle cause there is no instant results. By doing so maintain ur diet. I mean intake foods like rice or noddles, meat, vegetable and fruits in appropriate amounts( a serving each) There is no need to suffice like 30 or 40% of ur food intake than at the end of the day u wont be able to maintain that strick diet and therefore training feels like a chore. If u have the habit for snacks, have them each and every time ur training and avoid them if ur not. Training shld be done in tis manner. Cardio exercise like Jogging, Swimming etc. Frequency: 3 times a week, Duration: 15 to 20mins, Mon Wed Fri. JOGGING PACE
