seriously how u all measure meat one? u all weigh the chicken before eating?
Ermm no need measure what, when you buy meat from NTUC or Giant its on the packet? Just add them up and you get the weight already loh.
Eat creamy cakes. Sure shot up yr weight!

then again, I'm too lazy to do it... I just boil eggs, or crack one into a small bowl and microwave it for a minute. Add a little pepper and soya sauce to the microwaved one then can eat le...
one whole egg = 6.5g of protein

No la, just that now haven't start work yet, its the best time to put on muscle mass, once start work, harder to control what to eat since I can prolly only cook for my morning and afternoon tea breaks.

Nope, not true. We should be having 6 meals, your morning tea and afternoon tea should be small snacks anyway, of course proper food(like a chicken sandiwch) and not your biscuits and crap like that.
