then what will happen if you stop taking it?
These type of pills solve the symptoms, but never the root of the problem. Hope you get what I mean.
this is disturbing
I would like to encourage those who are taking pills to not look at pills as MIRACLE workers.
I was pushing 150KG in September last year but today 7 months later, I am 122KG. Still very overweight, but a great achievement for myself. I am hoping to break through to 110KG by end of the year. My doctor say its a pretty achievable target.
And I done all these with NO pills or mircale pills or whatever. I just simply adopted a eat better and healthier diet regularly. And after 4 months of changing my diet, I lost almost 20 KG and after that I adopted an exercise regime. The exercise regime for someone like me who never exercised my whole life can be something you are comfortable to start with. I go to the gym and do simple things like cycling. You do not have to flex out those muscles like those you see in gyms or run on the threadmill like someone is after your life. It is important to start.
I recently went to a talk by a doctor in Orchard regarding weight loss using pills. He emphasized one point that PILLS, even prescribed pills, can only be looked upon as the last resort for grossly overweight people and even then should be seen as a short term solution because like what someone said, it is solving the issue on hand, which is your lifestyle that is more important.
i m not here to encorage u ppl to take pills....
juz wanna share my hapi exp...
sorry..if i make anyone feel bad...
Yo dun need to apologise. Its good you lost weight. I think we are just concerned that because you said that you did not exercise and did not eat lesser and depended on pills to lose weight, its a concern if you think you can continue to lose weight that way lah and we do do not want others to think that way too.

8lbs for 2months is pretty bad, thats probably less than 4kg. you could do better with real excercise.
