I just started full-time work... Hard to maintain my previous intensity already :(
Think I just go company gym everyday do light, then once a week (every weekend) do one heavy session... to maintain first till I totally settle down...
Trust me stick to this routine.
E.g.
Mon(main lifts)
squats,dips,rows
Wed (assistance exercises)
lunges or Bulgarian split squats, pull throughs or glute ham raises, exercises to address any of your weaker points or bodyparts you wanna focus on.
Fri(main lifts)
deadlifts,overhead presses,pullups

hum... are i'm right to say that you're putting all the big compound excerises into this split and thus removing the isolation excerises while at the same time training different body parts in big single compound excerises?

You dont need isolations at all for now.

So currently what you're recommending me, is a split that targets massive growths.

Dont you want a program that "targets massive growths"

Yup of course. But just curious why didn't add in bench press since benching is also a huge compound excerise

Ya you can replace dips with incline bench.
I put in dips coz its harder to do.
For me,I have stopped doing any exercises that requires you to sit or lie down.

If you wanna add in stuff like biceps curls and flyes...by all means...BUT AFTER you have completed the main lifts...
I think you wont wanna train anymore after you done the main lifts.
