How long does it take to get abs, with conditions listed below?
Assuming crunches of 200times + oblique crunches 50times every alternate day?
Assumption of average built, i.e. 62kg, 1.71m =>acceptable weight
you want to get strong and defined abs along with flabby arms, legs and back?
not forget a not very defined chest.
and if not wrong crunches is not very effective? I'm doing planks everyday for 8 sets of 20secs with 10secs rest between and I can already feel and see some shape coming out.
very hard to get six so settle for one. dont b greedy in life. one is better than nothing
If you have a belly now,even if you do 400 crunches and 100 oblique cruch everyday till the day you die, you will still never see any abs

yes this is very true, if you try to flex your tummy muscles, you will feel that it's very hard but your fats all covering it
Must cut down on your diet first. Less fats, less excess calories. I dont do much abs exercise but still can see my packs. Why? because little fats there. Btw i see it distinctly esp. when i shit.
