  Look out for Simon Dean and even if you bend down it is ok cuz that kid doesnt know what to do next.

  was having a meeting with them some days ago
  i see their breasts bigger than mine i not happy liao

  I think posting this question at hardwarezone forums' health and fitness corner might be more appropriate.

  The people there are mostly real life trainers and instructors

  You’re interested to be a Fitness instructor? Firstly you need to have to pass Basic Exercise Course (BEC) which is about 1month after passing that you need to take a 1 day course at the Red Cross Society or any organization that has approved life saving certification. Obtain your life saving certification is a must! Lastly once you have passed BEC you will be prompt to take FIC (Fitness instructor Course) lasting 3mths, upon passing that you will do one month attachment at any club fit gym you desire. After the attachment you are a qualified gym instructor.
