I eat alot, and i cant seem to gain weight.
My friend have advised me to take mass gainer, but are there side effects?
Are there any other ways to gain the mass?
Like taking lotsa milk or wadever?
You can't get big by taking mass gainer if your body do not need it; you will only excrete it and create expensive urine.
You have make your body use the extra calories for cell repair and growth. The best way is to do full body workouts. There's no shortcut to it.
There are some exercises in the stickies in which you can take a look, and more in the online website T-nation.
Start by going to the gym and doing compound exercises. Then eat more meat, get more sleep. If you do it consistently and diligently for a few months, you'd see some results.

thanks but stuffs like deadlifts seem only to be for pro body buiilders. Gym noobs like me only use machinesand dumbells for shoulders.

That's not true
Even 'pro body builders' start from doing very light on stuffs like deadlifts. Very very light.
haha dont know if i can do a dead lift(worrying about the form) but i cant even do a bench press with no loads(just the pole)

NO TIME! gt o lvls to prepare. I wonder if gym and studying supplement each other. Maybe it stimulates release of some hormones or sth that helps to optimise bloodflow...just guessing. Anybody has scientific info on tat?

And workout about 3~4 times a day... although I dun do it myself -.-

deadlifts and squat are good for all, provided u train with the correct techniques.
mass gainers are laced with sugars.
one way of gaining weight, do compound weightlifting exercise and drink at least 1liter of full cream milk a day.
