hey guys! i have injured my knee recently. doing vertical press with 20kg dumbells when my right arm suddenly gave way and hit my knee cap at an angle, causing my knee cap to shift left and back. now its damn swollen and i am told by my doctor not to exert any force on my right knee. Now i am stuck in my bed and only doing pushups as a work out.
Can anyone advise me on how i should go about with my legs workout? Don't think i can go back to dead lifting 120kg.... or any military presses for the time being....sigh..
maybe you shld do the exercise tat is opposite to the leg curl? I think you shld start with those sand bags and not gym. Ask a physiotherapist.
