Have been doing shoulder width pull ups for months, my back is getting bigger but there seem no change in my shoulder size. Heard my friend say that doing pull ups trains the shoulder too so I was wondering if my form is wrong.
Anyway, do military presses work the rear deltoids too and wad exercises do u guys do on the rear deltoids?
I just do the normal shoulder presses,am thinking of adding wide grip upright rows to my routine.
there is a limit to how far your shoulders can grow. what actually determines the shoulder size is your bone structure, how wide you are. people with naturally wide shoulders do not need much muscle to seem broad and big. just focus on the big compound movements, it is not necessary to do many isolated exercises
