hi all, need some help here, i know this may sound noob but still im serious about training. ok so just now i was jogging at east coast and the wind was quite strong. so it was hot(due to sun and running) then suddenly cold and this cycle just kept repeating. Then run halfway my stomach became quite pain. My question is: is this caused by the temperature or is it just me? Thanks all.
IMO: should be the environment.
As for the stomach, probably stitches.

erm a few days...
left side or right side abdomen ?
its not the muscle thats pain...
likely to be stitches if you haven't been running for quite a long while, or if you haven't warm up properly.

It's caused by the cold in the weather.
if you think it's really a problem, suggest you go see a proper sports doctor, there is one at orchard building, dr.chook i think.
