heavy gym session one day a week at hougang gym
normal training (chin ups, parallel bar dips, lats pull down, shoulder, situps, etc) frequently at office gym
soccer one day a week, weather dependent
jog one to two times a week, bad weather then jog on treadmill in gym
maybe basketball one to two times a week... depends... sometimes zero, and recently really zero... :(

Those who dun exercise just die of natural cause.

i used to do mountain biking on weekends also & IPPT was a breeze

in the gym everyday - 2-3 times weights, rest is cardio. plus yoga over the weekend and pole dancing maybe twice a week.

i'm going to the gym tomorrow, i try to exercise once a week
i recently increased frequency of exercises in gym. Hard to have outdoor activities nowadays cuz near end of year, rain very frequently
I used to run twice a week.. ranging from 5km to 11km.
nowadays I never run a lot.. but do statics at home.. push ups, crunches, leg raise, squats. installed a chin up bar and also do chin ups at home..
weekends I spend 1 day to do swimming. I always make sure I swim 30 laps before I nua in the pool to relax..

yeah lo. mi n my fren actually want to go swimming tomorrow but decided not to because we afraid that it will rain again

Since u are already into mountain biking. Why not u commute to work by cycling?
I almost fail my IPPT everytime. After I start to commute to work and used bicycle as transport. Things improve. I never even bother to do exercise and prepare for IPPT and I passed IPPT without any problem. I have no diet control. I still eat Mac or steak, chicken cutlet and tibits.
Commuting by bicycle is the best way to go for busy working class. U still can eat whatever rubbish u want cos u always burn fats by cycling everyday ma. And u no need spare extra time to do exercise. I go home just eat, surf net and watch TV...
I always push myself hard when commuting. One is to reach my destination faster, second is u can burn more efficient cos u used more energy to pedal hard..

But there are some time slots which I have allocated for exercise; it's very hard to take away those time slots
