Did u just eat two packs of instant noodles after soccer game? I saw a documentary abt Sumo how they gain their weight. The first two hours after their training is the best time for them to feed and eat then after that go to sleep.
So, it means the first two hours are critical to us who want to lose weight. I wonder, what are the right things to do after exercise/training? Just drink water and wait after two hours then eat?
go find a yoga centre that has hot yoga, then go to their steam room for a decent steam and then a cold shower.
drink lots of water before meals and go do regular walking, running or rollablading.
Do your exercises after you have plenty of sleep, sleep deprivation will make you retain water and the weight.
have a big breakfast, small lunch and minimum dinner.
take lots of yogurt, can blend store bought mango juice with plain low fat yogurt, have a big mug of it for dinner and freeze some into ice cream sticks.
You also need some small bowls, maybe those microwavable disposable small containers with lid. Drop some raisins or cransins into hot water in those bowls and spoon over instant cook oatmeals. Put into the fridge and cool them.
The Yogurt will help clean up your intestines and the raisin oatmeal pudding is cold food that raise your body temperature to warm up the food for you in your intestines.
You increase your metalbolism with food and exercise. take a hot clear soup regularly too, best in the morning or afternoon.

Woow very informative, Kitty. I love it! You are really pointing out what I need now. But I have some questions:
1. How to define Big breakfast? What are the food to eat?
2. Self prepared oatmeals. What type of oatmeal I should buy? Any suggestion of brand?
3. Any recipes for hot cleay soup? I love to drink hot soup. It will warm up my stomach cos I do have gastric problem sometimes, but most of the time the stomach has lots of gas.

5 tablespoons of instant Quaker oats (red coloured packet) with 1 full teaspoon of honey
Put in a mug. Add hot water till slight above the halfway mark. Stir to mix the honey properly
Complete by filling the cup full with HL or Daisy fresh milk

Morning 720am 1 shake (24g protein)
9am breakfast: economical bee hoon with 2 eggs (~13g protein)
12 noon Lunch, quite a bit of meat (~25g)
4pm 5 teaspoons quaker oats, 1 teaspoon powder, 1 teaspoon honey, 2 teaspoon skim milk powder, mixed together (~5g)
7pm dinner with lots of meat (~25g)
1130pm 1 cup of milk, or if dinner wasn't full enough, then oats with milk and honey. (~10g)
Total about 92g
Sunday heavy workout days would be slightly more...

I'm not that strict.... and I don't advocate diets actually... To me, it starves your body of necessary nutrients...
Just tweak your meals, eat less per meal but more meals, then ensure that you take less saturated fats, trans fats, but instead, ingest more monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats.
Ensure you do not take a lot of processed food and simple sugars, but instead, complex carbs (those with high glycemic index), for example oats. For example, I don't really like to drink soft drinks (although I enjoy a cup of coffee every morning in office); I drink ice cold freshly brewed green tea and oolong tea instead :D
It's a matter of acquired tastes....

Well, i think i shld increase my metabolism. I know I eat less, i think i just don't eat enough to increase the metabolism rate cos I do skip meals and irregular meals too.
So, from now on, I shld eat more small meals and go for jogging everyday. If it improved I will let u know again :)
