before started exercising and lifting weights, i think i was round 55kilos...
after doing weight liftings at home and gym..more of home, my weight increased even more...till 59...

I tried to lose weight for many many years too. I found out what works for me, instead of just jogging I did weight lifting too (even as a girl). It's very hard for girls to build muscle mass, so don't worry bout getting those body builder type of bodies... it won't happen. Instead you will tone your muscles, and more muscles = higher metabolism. Lifting the weights too is kind of cardio if you do lots of reps at medium weight. So now I alternate between cardio (jogging and the like) and weights. Also do crunches every day, this is very important because crunches tighten your tummy and make you feel like eating less.
Instead of going on diet I think it's better to just exercise more as long as you don't eat junk food or anything. But after doing this kind of workout I find that I can actually eat more food and still maintain my figure. It's not about just how much you weigh but the percentage of fat that you have, so if you diet you'll be thinner but still have those flabby arms. To really look and feel good, do look into using some weights at the gym instead of just jogging.

yup. aerobics n small weights to tone is good for girls. ;p I know of girls that do HIT also. So fit n they still got ass n boobs.

Vaor, that's what I think too. Just stick to normal meals, but increase exercise rate to higher metabolism. I know weight lifting is good to tone body shape and burn fat. Can u suggest weight lifting that we can do at home which not need to go to the gym?

get dumbells...
i use dumbells at home and people think i go gym...lol...
for girls who'd want to carry lightweight ones like 2 kilos or something, theres those plastic ones sold at Daiso...just need to fill it with water...liddat can use as water bottle...lol...
