Yeah, it is kinda complicated for me. I love food and love to try to cook dishes... and at the same time want to lose weight... hahahaha...........

losing weight comes with sacrifices :) unless you are on special diet pills that might have adverse side-effects. it all depends on which you want more: to enjoy food or to lose weight. unfortunately, unless you are an ectomorph, you cannot enjoy both.

This is not true.
It is a mindset change. If you feel that it is a chore, it will be a chore. If you feel that it is a sacrifice, it is a sacrifice. For me, I don't feel that it is a chore or sacrifice not to eat char kway teow or french fries or drink beer/wine, etc. In fact, it is a chore to do so.
well, neither is it for me. i do not enjoy or long for fried and junk food as well. however, i believe a great majority of Singaporeans believe that this is a chore and sacrifice. hence, i am just telling them that they have to sacrifice. for example, those who like the chocolate suace, if they are to abstain from such food and stick to a strict diet, they will definitely view it as a sacrifice.
I dun feel sacrifice in anything. I just want to live healthily and happily :)

well i don't think potato chips, Old Chang Kee, McDonalds, pizza, crepes, pancake and chocolate sauce are in any way healthy. and exercise can only help burn away away the pizza and pancake, not the sodium or toxins in potatos chips, McDonalds and Old Chang Kee.

Anyway, sodium and toxins is best expelled through the body's largest organ, skin. So must exercise and sweat more.

nevertheless, the fats in fast food will still clog up arteries and put stress on your body organs to process the toxins so prevention is better than cure.
1.Have a Big n Healthy Breakfast, eat ur three meals , eat something in between meals eg , apple / raisin.
2.Jog for 5km - 10km 3-5 times a week w/o stopping
3.Jog Uphill
4.swim for 50 laps in 35-40mins w/o stopping
i lost 41 kg - 5 months
116 kg past.
75 kg present.

I can't swim. I only can float. And I am not good in changing breath in the swimming pool, always need to stand up :P
