For me (for a few reps),
bench: 70kg
squat: 110kg
deadlift: 145kg
bodyweight: 75kg
My bench is very weak in comparison :(

deadlift : 55kg
squats : 80kg

i never really do dead lifts , only recently so i got few more years to really train up. the routin i doing now i wanna see whats gonna happen to my body first lol! later ..
but wont be doing any weights for 2 n half months to 3 months.. =(

Deadlift:205kg
Front squat:132.5kg
Log clean and strict press:85kg
